• HOW OFTEN ARE HOA FEES DUE?

  Most associations collect dues monthly, quarterly, or annually. Payment schedules are outlined in the community’s governing documents or billing statements.

• WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PAY MY HOA DUES?
